William David Roberts

William David (Dave) Roberts,75 of Sunrise, Florida went to be with his love, Judy on Saturday, September 7th,2024. He was born April 28th,1949 in Dallas, TX to Roy and Agnes Roberts. He was predeceased by his wife of 42 years Judy Roberts, his parents and brother David Lee Joseph Roberts.

He is survived by his sister Barbara and husband Alan Sawyer, nephews Corey and Jeff of Barnardsville, N.C., goddaughter Angela Hottinger of Akron CO., David’s extended family of cousins, neighbors and friends.

David was an Altar Boy, Eagle Scout and received the Order of the Arrow while in Boy Scouts. He graduated from Miami Norland Senior High School. Was a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals fan and avidly supported the University of Miami Athletics. He worked with his father and became owner of Roberts A/C and Appliance from which he retired after 40 years.

He and Judy loved scuba diving. David loved to immaculately care for his yard and home and helped anyone that needed a hand. A gathering to celebrate David’s life will be held Friday, September 13th,2024 from 6:30-10:00 P.M. at : Sunrise Athletic Complex - 11501 N.W. 44 St. Sunrise, Florida 33323
