Steven Bellack

Steven Bellack, born November 12, 1983, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, passed away on May 12, 2026, in Plantation, Florida. He was 42 years old. Steven, affectionately known to many as "Bubba" is survived by his parents Craig Bellack and Wendy Bellack, his sister Jill (Bellack) Lavoie, brother-in-law Brian Lavoie Jr. and his nephews Nolan and Lucas. Steven was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Gene Smith and Joyce Smith, as well as his paternal grandparents David Bellack and Bernadine Bellack.  Steven is also survived by his Aunt Kathy and Uncle Jeff as well as many cousins.  

Steven had a unique way of connecting with people.  He would develop an association or game with them and never forget it.  He was loved by all who had the fortunate blessing to become part of his circle.  Steven had immense love for his family and his dog, Biscuit.  Steven was happiest while on family adventures, family road trips, especially to the Florida Keys, and going to his favorite restaurants.  

A celebration of life will be held on May 23rd from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Robbins Lodge in Davie, FL.  Please consider wearing your favorite shade of blue for Autism Awareness.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Family Network on Disabilities of Broward County in memory of Steven Bellack or to your own favorite charity.  Donations for FND Broward can be mailed to 11400 NW 5th Street, Plantation, FL 33325 or by Zelle to fndbroward@gmail.com .
