Rosa was born in Lima,Peru 12/01/1934. She grew up there with her brother Adolfo, and sisters Maria Ester, Chela and her parents. Life was busy and at a young age she had to be a big part of running the household. She grew up in a neighborhood adjacent to where her future husband Manuel Ramos lived. They would eventually fall in love and start a wonderful journey. together. They had their first child, Manuel Jr, their first year of marriage. From there they left for New York City where Manuel finished his medical training. They would have two more children Alfredo and Rosa. Her early years prepared her for running her new household as Manuel's medical training and later practice demanded so much of his time. But he was lucky to have Rosa who was not only a great cook, but also she managed things at home and in the future ran his office and everything else when they moved to Florida in the early 70s. They were a good team. It is here in 1974 that they built the house they would live in the rest of their lives. Over the years they would build all the memories that make a house a home. Putting their three children through medical school wasn't easy and always a source of great pride. Their kids would grow up and then came 4 grand daughters Sarah, Emily, Anna, and Rachel. The years that followed were spent taking joy in watching the grandchildren grow up and being part of all their milestones. In their later years, they enjoyed traveling and when not traveling they enjoyed having family and friends often visit from Peru. The house was usually busy and she was always the best host. Manuel unfortunately would pass in 2012. Rosa continued her life watching her granddaughters now as young adults. Multiple graduations, a marriage and her second granddaughter graduate from medical school. She wa involved with friends in helping with charities in Peru. But Rosa always missed Manuel. Rosa would stay in their home until 6/21/2026 when she passed in her home with her three children and her niece at her side as she always wanted. The weeks before were filled with many visits from friends and family, and FaceTime visits from friends and family throughout the country and Peru. Her last days were peaceful surrounded by those who loved her as she wanted.
