Natividad Espiritu Zornosa, affectionately known as "Naty," joined her creator on November 29, 2025, one month before her 93rd birthday. Born on December 25, 1932, in Tondo, Manila, Philippines, Naty’s life was a beautiful tapestry woven with threads of kindness, warmth, and love that touched everyone who met her.
With over 20 years dedicated to her work at VLuna General Hospital in the maternity ward and nursery room and an additional six years as an entrepreneur running her own grocery business, Naty's career exemplified her commitment to serving others. In 1985, she took a brave step, immigrating to the United States, carrying her dreams and hopes for a brighter future. She approached life with a gentle spirit and an infectious smile, creating lasting memories for her family and friends. Naty had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel special, often saying "I love you" to anyone who crossed her path. This simple yet profound expression of love was a hallmark of her character.
Her pursuit of education at the Mary Chiles School of Midwifery showcased her dedication to learning and nurturing others. Naty's dedication was not limited to her profession; she was also known for her unwavering faith. A prayerful woman, she did not miss a Sunday service, embodying the spiritual values that grounded her throughout her life.
Naty was truly a mom and grandma at heart. Her daughters, Ellen, Edith, and Liza, along with sons-in-law Fernando, Manny, and Louis, cherished her deeply. She was blessed with a loving family, including her grandchildren Veronica (and husband George, twin daughters Emilia and Julia), Christopher, Mike (and wife Kristina), Micah, Mikko, Bella, and Gabbi, who are left with countless memories of laughter, joy, and love. Naty often brought everyone together to enjoy Filipino music and watch Tagalog shows and movies, creating a sense of unity and belonging within her family.
As loved ones prepare to honor Naty’s beautiful life, visitation will be held on December 11, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at T.M. Ralph Funeral Home Sawgrass/Weston in Sunrise, Florida, followed by a Mass at Saint Bonaventure Catholic Church at noon.
