Michael Anthony Virga

It is with great sadness that the family of Michael Anthony Virga, 36, of Cooper City, FL, announces his passing on Sunday, February 7, 2021.  Michael was a beloved son, brother, family member, and friend.

Those who knew Michael, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives.

Michael will be missed everyday by his mother, Victoria Virga, brother, Victor Virga II, sister, Michele Herr, brother-in-law, Craig Herr, nephews Tyler & Matthew Underwood, nephew, Aiden Herr, and niece, Adyson Herr, of Cooper City, FL.  He was the beloved godson of Virgil & Earleen Virga of Fort Lauderdale, FL and of Glenn & Evelyn Klingner of Port Saint Lucie, FL.  Additionally, he will be deeply missed by his loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and many great friends.

Michael recently moved back home to Cooper City, FL from Los Angeles, CA to be closer to his family during the pandemic.  Michael had a generous soul and would give his last dollar if someone were in need and was always concerned and considerate of everyone around him.  He was a fun-loving individual who enjoyed every aspect of life with a smile that would light up a room.  Mike’s favorite past times were spending time with family & friends, listening to music, being outdoors, and working out.

Michael will be sadly missed…

Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.

Visitation for friends will be Sunday February 14, 2021 from 12:00PM-3:30PM at T.M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home.

Burial services will be held on Monday, February 15, 2021 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Fort Lauderdale at 2:30pm.  Attendees are welcome to follow the funeral procession from TM Ralph Funeral Home in Plantation, FL departing by 1:45pm or meet at the cemetery.
