Matilde Maria Ramudo was born on July 27, 1944, in Ciego de Avila, Cuba. Mati peacefully departed from this world on April 1, 2024, in Novato, CA surrounded by her loved ones. Mati's journey was one filled with love, laughter, and cherished moments that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.

Throughout her life, Mati touched the lives of many with her kindness and generosity. Her memory will be treasured by her surviving family and friends including Liza Ramudo, Cristina Ramudo, Pablo Ramudo; her daughter-in-law Marya Kimple; and her grandsons Lucas Ramudo, Griffin Ramudo, Kai Kimple, and Neko Kimple. Mati was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Andy Ramudo.

Mati's spirit will continue to live on through the memories shared by all those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

The family has planned a Mass to honor Mati's life on April 20, 2024, starting at 9:30 AM at Saint Bonaventure Catholic Church in Davie, FL. This will be followed by a gathering at Our Lady Of Mercy Catholic Cemetery in Doral, FL to commemorate her legacy. We invite all those whose lives were touched by Mati to join us in celebrating a life well-lived.

In the peaceful embrace of loved ones, Mati Maria Ramudo bid farewell to this world to embark on a new journey beyond. May she rest in eternal peace.



Matilde María Ramudo nació el 27 de julio de 1944 en Ciego de Ávila, Cuba. Mati partió pacíficamente de este mundo el 1 de abril de 2024 en Novato, CA, rodeada de sus seres queridos. El viaje de Mati estuvo lleno de amor, risas y momentos preciados que permanecerán para siempre en los corazones de quienes la conocieron.

A lo largo de su vida, Mati tocó la vida de muchas personas con su amabilidad y generosidad. Su memoria será atesorada por sus familiares y amigos sobrevivientes, incluidos Liza Ramudo, Cristina Ramudo, Pablo Ramudo; su nuera Marya Kimple; y sus nietos Lucas Ramudo, Griffin Ramudo, Kai Kimple y Neko Kimple. A Mati le precedió en la muerte su amado esposo, Andy Ramudo.
