It is with great sadness, the family of Leonard Waxman announces his passing at age 79, on January 21, 2019. Leonard is survived by his wife Maria Waxman, children Brian and Rhonda. Born on July 10, 1939, he was a teacher in New York City High Schools for over 20 years and was an avid health and weight lifting competitor. Leonard was a veteran of the US Army Reserves and was very patriotic. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 2, from 1-2 PM, at T.M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home, 7001 NW 4th St, Plantation, Florida 33317, with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 PM.
