John was preceded in death by his wife, Caroline DiPlacido, who passed away in 2021. He is survived by his daughter, Eva DiPlacido Mayer; his son, John Di Placido
Visitation will be held at T. M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home, 7001 NW 4th St, Plantation, FL 33317, pending Thursday from 6 to 8. A prayer service will also take place at T. M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home. A Mass will be held at Saint Gregory Catholic Church, 200 N University Dr, Plantation, FL 33324, pending Friday morning. Interment will follow the Mass at Our Lady Queen Heaven Church, 1400 S State Rd 7, North Lauderdale, FL 33068.
