Joann Early

Joann Early, 63, was born in Red Bank, New Jersey. She was raised in Manalapan, NJ; after she was married she moved to North Edison and 2000 moved to Davie, Florida with her family.

Joann's passion and life devotion was caring for those in need. After earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology, she began her career in mental health at a psychiatric hospital before taking a hiatus to raise her three sons. Her sons were her world, bringing her immense pride and joy.

Even while at home, Joann remained a constant presence in her community, volunteering her time at her children's elementary school. Eventually, she followed her calling to return to professional service at Country Isle Elementary school. There, she spent over a decade as a Teacher’s Aide, dedicated to caring for children with autism and other disabilities.

Joann found great joy in nature and gardening. Whether she was tending her own flowers, Orchids, garden or watching Monty Don, she found peace among her flowers—particularly the yellow ones that bloom so brightly this time of year. A devout Catholic, she was a faithful member of the St. Bonaventure Catholic Church.

Joann is survived by her husband, Mark; her sons, Mark, Sean, and Ryan; her granddaughter, Tieryn; her mother, Pauline; and her two brothers, Ronald and Joseph. She joins her beloved father in eternal rest and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
