Jean Tromans

Jean Tromans passed away in the morning of July 11th, 2025. She was born September 16, 1933, in Tiffin, Ohio. She was married to her high school sweetheart, Ronald Tromans, in 1955 and shared 46 wonderful years together until his passing in 2001. She is survived by her 2 sons, Mark and Scott, their wives Maria and Jennifer and 4 grandchildren Michael, Sean, Kristen and Clara.

Jean spent her early years in Tiffin, Ohio before moving to New Jersey after Ron’s college graduation. She later moved to Sunrise Florida where she lived and worked until her retirement. She spent her retirement doing puzzles, caring for animals and enjoying time with her family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Lauderdale Memorial Park, 2001 SW 4th Ave. Fort Lauderdale on Thursday July 31st at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the South Florida Wildlife Center where she was a long-time supporter.
