Francisco H. Salazar

Francisco “Paquito” Salazar, born in 1933 in Chiclayo, Peru, passed away at the age of 93, leaving behind a lifetime of memories and a legacy of love, laughter, and joy. He is survived by his wife, Elba Mendez Salazar, and his cherished children, Martin, Julia, Alicia, Juan, Eric (predeceased), and Betsy. Loving grandchildren and also countless nieces, nephews, extended family and all he encountered. He is predeceased by his brothers, Salvador, Juan, Hildebrando, Jorge and sister Isabel Vigil.

Paco was a man who knew how to enjoy life. He had a true passion for dancing and could always find a reason to celebrate. He also loved soccer, a sport that brought him great happiness and many memorable moments. Whether he was dancing, watching or playing soccer, or simply spending time with the people he loved, Paco embraced life with enthusiasm and a joyful spirit.

Those who knew Paco will remember his warmth, his personality, and his ability to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. His 93 years were filled with experiences, relationships, and countless memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Though he is deeply missed, Paco's spirit will remain with his family and friends—in the music, the dancing, the laughter, and the joy of living that he loved so much. We kindly ask for your prayers for Francisco that he may truly rest in Peace as we commend his soul to the mercy of God.

Visitiation, Friday 8:15 AM- 9:00 AM at T.M. Ralph Funeral Home.

A Mass to honor and celebrate Paquito's life will be held at Saint Bonaventure Catholic at 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM Family, friends, and loved ones are invited to gather in remembrance.

Entombment will follow at Lauderdale Memorial Park.
