Frances' legacy will be honored with a visitation on October 2, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at T.M. Ralph Funeral Home Sawgrass/Weston, located at 371 NW 136th Ave, Sunrise, FL 33325. Following this, a prayer service will take place at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1500 S State Rd 7, North Lauderdale, FL 33068, starting at 1:00 PM and concluding at 2:00 PM.
