Hernando Chong, M.D.

Hernando Chong, M.D., 81, of Plantation, FL passed away on January 3rd at Westside Regional Medical Center where he attended patients for his entire professional career.

Dr. Chong is survived by his wife, Graciela, his four children and seven grandchildren.

Besides being a dedicated physician and spending time with family and friends, he had a passion for reading, teaching, art, music and sports.

Throughout his life and service to the community he touched many lives and will be truly missed by all who knew him.

In keeping with his nature, funeral services are private and for immediate family only.
