Concepcion “Ching” Garcia

Concepcion “Ching” Garcia was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world suddenly on August 13, 2021 at age 81, surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest. She was born to Daniel and Maria Cruz on February 14, 1940. She worked as a bookkeeper and in billing throughout her career in the Philippines, Seattle, and Florida; however her pride and passion was taking care of her 3 grandchildren. Ching loved to travel, but it was the simple pleasures in life that brought her great joy which were spending time with family and eating good food. She was a very selfless person and gave a helping hand to anyone that needed it. Ching is survived by her husband, Jovito; a daughter, Cathy; 3 grandchildren, Kyle, Brian, and Lindsey; sisters, Sally, Norma, Vicky, Linda; brother, Rene; and many nieces and nephews. A service is scheduled for 10:30 am on August 28, 2021 at All Saints Catholic Church, graveside service to follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven, and reception immediately following to share stories and remember her life.
