Carolyn Di Placido

Carolyn Di Placido passed away surrounded by the love of her family on October 16, 2021.  She was born in Pettorano, Italy to Frank and Mary DiPietro. She married her beloved husband John, 68 years ago.  Together they raised a family and operated their family construction business. She was the wonderful mother of Eva Silvona Di Placido Mayer (John Mayer) and John Di Placido Jr, (Marcia Rudinsky); the cherished grandmother of Jenna, Laura and Tina, and the dear sister of Frank DiPietro Jr.  She will forever be loved by her family and friends. Visitation Thursday 5-8 PM at the T.M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home 7001 NW 4 Street Plantation.  Funeral Mass Friday 11:30 AM at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church 200 North University Drive, Plantation, FL Entombment Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
