Funeral Services are being planned for Friday, April 29 , 2022 for Carol "Janelle" Cook. She was born in Lake City Florida to Sim and Ruby Wilson. A native Floridian, she spent many years in South Florida before moving to Homosassa,FL She is survived by her daughter Paula (Al) DiFabio, her son Ronald Choat, her mother Ruby Lucille Hein, sister Rucell Nesmith, grandsons AJ and Anthony, nieces Tracey and Lisa, nephew Sean, and grandniece Mazie, and grandnephews Liam and Wheeler. Visitation will be held Friday 4:30PM - 7:00PM at the T.M. Ralph Funeral Home 371 NW 136 Avenue Sunrise, FL 33325. A funeral service will be held Friday at 6:00 PM
