Bernice J. Rosinski

Rosinski, Bernice J. passed away December 28, 2023.  Born In Milwaukee, WI, she moved to Plantation in 1959 with her husband and 3 children, welcoming a fourth several years later.  She worked for, and retired from, Broward County Schools, where she supported several administrators and programs in the public school system.  She loved fishing in the ‘Glades on weekends and watching her children and grandchildren participate in sports.  Bernice ran the first concession stands for PAL back when the league was getting started, selling items from card tables and using cigar boxes as tills.

She is survived by her children Mary Rosinski Franczak, Susan Rosinski, and Steven Rosinski, daughters-in-law Anna Marie and Melissa, 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her eldest son, Michael Rosinski, her husband of 67 years, Daniel Rosinski and her sister, Irene Kopisch.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 10, 2024, 3:30 - 7 PM at the T.M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home 7001 NW 4 Street Plantation, FL 33317.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, January 11, 2024, 11:00 AM, St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church.  Entombment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.  954 587-6888.
