Anthony (Tony) Carlone, 76, passed away at home on May 26, 2026. Born on April 12, 1950, in the Bronx, New York, he was a graduate of Commack High School.

Tony was predeceased by his parents, Margaret (Margie) Mocerino Carlone and Anthony (Tony) Carlone, as well as the love of his life, his first wife, Dawn Mansfield Carlone. Tony and Dawn met at just 14 years old. Their love story remained the cornerstone of his life.

He is survived by his loving family: his daughter, Jessica Carlone Mattiliano and her husband Will Mattiliano; his cherished granddaughter, Julia Mattiliano, whom he absolutely adored; his son, Mike Carlone; his brother, Frank Carlone; and his sister, Phyllis Carlone Tomaselli. He is also survived by his beloved aunts, Irene Mocerino Wright and Marie C. Carlone, along with many dear friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Tony was the heart and head of the Carlone family. He was a man who took care of everyone and would go to the ends of the earth for those he loved. His devotion to family defined the life he lived.

Like his father before him, Tony was a talented musician with a deep love of music. He played the guitar, saxophone, and clarinet, bringing joy to those around him through his gifts. He was also a lifelong entrepreneur, building and running several businesses over the years, including a successful picture framing business.

Tony was a dedicated New York Yankees fan and found joy in both the simple and meaningful moments of life. He will be remembered for his strength, his generosity, his unwavering loyalty, and the deep love he gave so freely.

He will be profoundly missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
