Mary Sue Rigg

Mary Sue Rigg, 92,  passed away June 9, 2014. She was the last surviving child of eight brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband of 65 years Donald C. Rigg; children Howard, Larry, and Donna; grandchildren Nikki, Lara, Susan, & three great grandchildren, Jaelyn, Shon, and Alani. Mary proudly served as a 2LT nurse in the US A rmyduring WWII. Aunt Mary, Meemaw, Ancient One were loving names given  to her by her nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was the “Glue” of our family. The family  looked forward to her spaghetti, special salad dressing, and sausage and eggs.Visitation will be held Sunday 6:00-8:00 PM at the T.M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home. Military burial will take place on Monday, 11:15 AM at South Florida VA National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL. Please report to Lane 1 by 11:00 AM. In her memory the family suggests donations to the Women In Miliary Service American Memorial Dept 560 Washington, DC  20042.
