Slattery, Jr. William Patrick-“Pops” passed away peacefully on Thursday June 5, 2014.He was born in Brooklyn, NY on June 10, 1923. He was a beloved Father, amazing Grandfather and wonderful Great Grandfather. His memory will be carried on by daughter Judy, grandson Tom, granddaughter in law Alexis, great granddaughter Lexi and great grandson, Ethan. He was predeceased by his kind and beautiful wife Caroline, and cherished son Bill. Friends will be received on Sunday 3-6 PM at the T.M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 4 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday 11:00 AM at St. Bernard Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
